Coaching is educational and supportive in nature.
Coaching is not emergency care. The guidance we share is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Sessions are reserved especially for you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know with as much notice as you can manage. Repeated missed sessions may require a conversation before further bookings, always handled with understanding.
